What is coworking?Coworking is an environment that’s designed to accommodate people who are self-employed or working for different employers who come together to work in an office space, allowing cost savings and convenience through the use of common tools and equipment.

What types of office spaces does Workspace Collective offer?Workspace Collective offers a variety of workspaces designed to accommodate the needs of businesses of all sizes and stages. We have shared workspaces (open, dedicated and shared desks) which include access to common areas such as the kitchen, meeting rooms, lounges and reception area. We also have private offices which are fully furnished and ready to move in. All memberships include all of the building amenities such as high speed WiFi, local coffee, espresso, tea, beer and snacks, daily member events plus monthly networking, workshops and so much more.

Can I work for the day or week without a membership?Yes. You can pay by the day or week without having a membership. Day passes to our coworking space are available to purchase as needed. Our day office can also be rented by the day if a private space is required. Nonmembers can also rent the our meeting rooms and studio space by the hour/day or half day.

I don’t see exactly what I need. Do you offer custom memberships?Yes. Please contact us and we would be happy to create a custom plan that meets your needs.

What is a Virtual Office?Workspace Collective Virtual memberships provide businesses with a professional mailing address at a WSC location, exclusive member benefits such as meeting room hours and discounts on printing, member events and more.

Do I have to sign a lease?No lease is required. Workspace Collective memberships are month to month with no long-term contracts. Annual service agreements are available for a 5% discount.

How many locations does Workspace Collective have?We currently have 2 locations open in downtown Ocala and 2 more locations coming soon in Daytona Beach and Sanford, FL. Our goal is to continue to expand into new markets in the southeast US.

Can members work from any location?Yes. Most memberships include access to any Workspace Collective location from 8:00-5:00 at no additional cost.

Are there any cancellation fees?No. There are no cancellation fees when 30-day notice is given.

Do you have meeting rooms available to rent?Yes. We have meeting rooms available to rent by the hour or day. Our meeting rooms are designed for collaboration and include amenities such as a 72” TV, conference room phone, whiteboard, office supplies and video conferencing capabilities. Water and beverage services are included with the rental. We also have an On-Site Community Manager who is available to assist with room set up and to help greet and direct your team members.

Do I have to be a member to book a meeting room?You do not need a membership to book our conference room or studio space. All of our meeting rooms are available for anyone to rent. Most memberships include an allotment of hours to use and a discount on any additional hours used in the month.

If I wanted to start a podcast, is there someone who can show me how to use the equipment?Yes. Your initial podcast room booking includes a FREE 30 min tutorial. We also have team members available to assist upon request.

Is 24/7 access to the building available?24/7 access to the building is included for all dedicated desk, shared office and private office memberships.

Is parking on-site and free?Yes. Parking is on-site and free.

What is your refund policy?Refunds of any kind require written notice within 30 days of payment and will be delt with on a case-by-case basis.
